Customer Business Development LLC Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information is collected and used when you use customerbiz.dev, the AI Course, Skill Matrix, or the Facebook Messenger bot. The Messenger bot stores message body, raw webhook payload, AI draft, and audit metadata in Cloudflare D1 and uses the OpenAI Responses API for reply drafting and classification. AI Course and Skill Matrix data is processed through Supabase, QPay, Netlify, and Meta Pixel/CAPI integrations. The current implementation does not show a fixed automated deletion period or a self-service deletion endpoint; access/deletion requests are received at odbayar@cbdx.mn.
